As an athlete there are days that you wake up and have no desire to train. I had a lot of those last week. Because Eagleman was only a 9 days ago and I need time to fully recover, I have a little wiggle room. However, getting back into the swing of things this week hasn't been as easy as I thought it would be. I have only put in 2 workouts/ logged 6.3 miles since my race. PATHETIC! I am hoping to shake this workout funk by the end of this week. Hopefully short but frequent workouts will get me back in the training mindset. I have about a month until my real "IRONMAN" training starts, so I want to make sure I am mentally ready for it. It is hard to believe that IM Cozumel is only 160 days away. Please send me good training vibes- I definitely could use them!!
