Despite the long holiday weekend, I am not feeling very relaxed and rested. Things at work are crazy busy! This week I have only managed to squeeze in 1 workout (a short run on Monday)- which totally stinks! Not only am I training for an IM, but working out is my main stress reliever. I feel so much better after a workout. I need those endorphins! Hopefully I will be able to squeeze in a workout tonight after work. Wish me luck!
